Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern approach to healthcare designed to restore the direct relationship between doctor and patient. It has been successfully practiced for over 20 years and is supported by the American Academy of Family Physicians. In our Direct Primary Care practice, we do not accept or bill medical insurance for our services. By removing the insurance middleman, we are able to provide care the way medicine was truly meant to be — Accessible, Comprehensive, and Rooted in the Doctor-Patient Relationship.
This model allows us to spend more time with our patients and offer same-day or next-day appointments without the rushed, impersonal experience common in traditional healthcare. We are able to communicate directly through office visits, tele-health, phone calls, text messages, or even home visits when needed. For a simple monthly membership fee, patients receive unlimited office visits with ample time, discounted pricing on supplements and IV therapies and Injectable treatments. Most importantly is having direct access to your physician instead of a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

Smart Care Plans
Our Smart Care Plans are a “smart fit” for everyone! We developed our Smart Direct Primary Care Plans as an affordable option for any patient if you don’t have insurance, have a high deductible health care plan or just want to know what fees to expect when you are seen in our office. We also offer a Family Plan that will save you even more money.
Child Smart Care Plan Just $79. a month which includes free office visits and free basic labs/diagnostic tests* as age appropriate.
Pay 1 year in full – $948. and pay no enrollment fee plus receive an annual Physical Exam for free.
Reduced housecall fee of $200. (limited to 15 miles from the clinic location) + procedures (basic labs/diagnostic tests are included in housecall fee)
Basic Smart Care Plan Just $99 a month which includes free office visits and free basic labs/diagnostic tests*.
Pay 1 year in full – $1188. and pay no enrollment fee plus receive a Complete Comprehensive Physical Exam worth $500 free**
Reduced house call fee of $200 (limited to 15 miles from the clinic location) + procedures (basic labs/diagnostic tests are included in housecall fee
Premium Smart Care Plan (Limited to 100 enrollees.) Just $200. a month which includes free office visits and free basic labs/diagnostic tests*. Also includes 2 free house calls a year and reduced house call fee of $200 (limited to a 15 miles from the clinic location ) after initial 2 free.
(Pay 1 year in full – $2400 and pay no enrollment fee plus receive a Complete Comprehensive Physical Exam worth $500 free**)
You also have direct access to your provider’s cell phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have you ever been sick or had a sick child after hours and wish you had someone you could call? Want the convenience and privacy of housecalls any time of the day or night and even on weekends? Just want someone to ask to know if an emergency room visit is necessary?

*Most basic labs/diagnostic tests are between $20 and $70. Basic labs/diagnostic tests include: CBC, BMP, Lipid Panel and Urinalysis.
**Free Comprehensive Screening Exam includes:
Lab Tests: CBC, BMP, Lipid Panel, Urinalysis, PSA or PAP Test and EKG.
